By using the Dentistry Club website or signing up for the club, you agree to the following terms.
Membership
- Membership is free and open to Riyadh Elm University students and students from other universities who are interested in dentistry.
- Sign-up is available during periods announced by the club, and submitting an application does not mean it is automatically accepted.
- Your details must be accurate and up to date; inaccurate details may lead to the application being declined or hours not being recorded.
Volunteer hours
The club records members’ hours on the National Volunteering Platform based on their actual participation in volunteering events, in line with the platform’s rules.
Events
- Some events use external registration forms (such as Google Forms), which are subject to their providers’ policies.
- Event dates or venues may change; we announce changes on the site and the club’s accounts.
- Participants follow university regulations and professional ethics during events.
Photos and content
- Photos may be taken at events and published on the site and the club’s accounts. If you prefer not to appear, tell the organizers.
- The club logo and site content belong to the club and may not be used commercially without permission.
